I am facing the same problem, I have purchased the 2023 CD and when tried to install the software from the CD it always prompted to make changes to my 2022. And I had to install the 2023 from online, but I want to CD working

I am in the same boat! I bought my CD from Shoppers Drug Mart on Feb 1st and just now tried to install on my computer and I'm getting the same message. I would like to know if Shoppers knows about this problem and will return this product? Also I would like a working product in exchange? Has a new release been sold to retailers? How can I get a new CD version?

I also had this problem, and yes it was solve over the phone with a representative, but I wasn't offered a physical replacement for the defective CD. I know I am a dinosaur, but I would also like to have a physical CD copy if possible. Once it is done, I keep all the papers with the CD and the box, that is how I make sure everything is together.
