I have the same issue as other people in this post. Purchased TurboTax Standard 2023 CD at Best Buy and the setup program wants to jerk around with my installed 2022 version. I have followed instructions to download the digital version of TurboTax 2023, installed and registered it successfully.

Please provide me with instructions for a replacement CD, that is what I wanted and paid for.

I also purchased my Standard Turbotax, CD version, from Shoppers Drug Mart and would also like a replacement CD.  In the meantime, can I use a link to download a replacement and do I use the licence code contained in the box so that I don't have to pay again?
