I bought the 2023 premier from costco. Installation is OK, however:
1. "check update" keeps reporting network issue
2. download state (CA) goes to the infinite loop of log in intuit account, and I input the correct password, the UI shows no error, but back to where I started.
3. Try to import my W-2, however there is no such option, only 'manual input" and "scan PDF". and I selected "scan PDF", it show the intuit login again, and stuck there even correct password is given.
The only thing worked is I was able to import 2022 tax return.
