TurboTax free version

All previous years, I was able to transfer part of tuition to a parent with the free version. This year TurboTax free is asking me to upgrade for this. Am I missing something?

Tuition transfer has not been included in the free version for a few years now. We also have had promotions in the past where people under 25 file for free regardless of which version they actually used, but that offer is no longer available.
