I have been using TurboTax Live Full Service and interacting with my assigned professional regarding some necessary corrections in my return. However, I have not received any response from her for the last 3 days.
I need to get things moving to ensure my filing is accurate and on time. If my current expert is no longer available, how do I get a different professional assigned to my return? I would appreciate an escalation to a supervisor to ensure my file is picked up immediately.
