Turbotax getting my father's pension plan wrong - no way to fix

I'm filing my parent's taxes for them online.  Things were going ok until I got to a part where I have to put in his T4AP.  It asks for the numbers in certain boxes, but NOT the one in box 20, which is the Taxable CPP benefits.  If I do that, and hit continue, it goes to a page that now shows my father's benefits as $0.00.  Then goes on to make sure that number is the same as what's shown in box 20 on the T4AP.  Which it isn't.

How am I supposed to enter this information?

The amount that appears in Box 20 of the T4A(P) is the sum of boxes 14 to 19. Check that you have entered any amounts on boxes 14 to 19 correctly.

If on the T4A(P) the sum of boxes 14 to 19 don't match what is in box 20, then please contact Service Canada to get a corrected slip.
