Please be advised that it can take a few weeks before Accuracy Guarantee has viewed your claim. Once it has been completed, they will email you the results of your claim.
This has just happened for me for the 2022 and 2023 tax years, involving the Ontario childcare access and relief from expenses tax credit (CARE). Saying I owe a total of over $13,000 to CRA.
TurboTax, I hope you are monitoring this forum and are offering support on this!
Sorry to hear this happened to you as well. I received an email from Brenda at turbotax requesting cra reassessments and pdf of my returns. I am waiting to hear back. Waiting for a solution.
