I signed up for turbotax with support. They said they had my self employed, investment child care, etc. done over a weekend. Then ghosted me for over a month. Then failed to read the documents that I sent them asking me for rental income which was already loaded titled "rental income" on the documents. I asked for a refund. Ignored. Then I got my T1 from turbotax- they literally insulted me and made comments like "taxpayer giving you grief over childcare expenses" in the actual T1 General. Is this normal? Do they insult the "taxpayer" in T1 Generals? Refusing refunds, negligence, insulting customers who frankly, pay their salary, and then act like this? I'm shocked.
