When in EasyStep and click on Forms or select View - Forms Method then a form opens but it is locked. I can not scroll or click on any icon or select any menu option. I have to end the TurboTax task in Microsoft Task Manager.
All forms are unlocked and available in our returns. Please clear your cache and see if that helps.
An upgrade may be needed to use certain forms depending on your taxes.
