TurboTax Online - 2022 - Cleric's Residence Deduction

The T1223 is an "either/or" but not both.  

We submit a T1223 in advance as an estimate to get a portion of the Tax Relief on the Residence Deduction.

The online version (that I personally HATE) is automatically entering the amount from the T4 in Box 30 in part A, yet I need to be able to use Part B not Part A.  There is no way to override this.  I cannot use the form at all to input the necessary changes AND in Part B, it is not limiting the amount you can claim to 1/3 of the income.  

I have spent an entire afternoon trying to figure this out, and it has just been a waste of time.    

I want the downloadable program...  not the online one.    The product is not listed below.  I have Turbotax Deluxe Online Edition.
