I started a brand new Premier return for 2022 and had to enter all my information again, I used the same service last year but there was no option to load that years saved information to this year. I logged in again today and now I see the option to carry over the information from last year. I tried but it says I am only allowed one Premier return on my account. I therefore tried to delete the 2022 return and there is no option to do this.
If this is the only return in your account, you’ll need to start a new return before you can delete your existing one. To start a new return, select “Start a New Return” from under “My Returns”. Once you have started your new return, you can select “View All Tax Returns” from under “My Returns” and delete the unwanted return by clicking the small Trash Can next to it (or “Delete” under the return name).
