TurboTax program is doubling the amount reported in Box 25 of T-5 and posting it to line 12000.

I have one (1) T-5, the TurboTax program is doubling the amount reported in Box 25 of the T-5 and posting it to line 12000. That creates more tax owning. There are no other T-5s (I checked this with the CRA).  Does anyone how to change this without having to opverrid and thus not be able to netfile? Thanks
