    Unable to provide an apartment number

    I had moved in 2023 and wanted to provide my previous mailing address; it contained a unit number. When I provided the value for the unit number and tried to proceed I got a message: Error editing value. Check your typing and try again. Has anyone else seen this?

    Unable to provide an apartment number

    Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online? Where are you entering the address, in the Contact info section?
