    Unable to update ADDRESS fields - transfer 2024 into 2025

    I have been using this software for 15+ years - this is 1st time I am getting this issue. When i deleted field content, it remains black and unable to fill the field. ALSO, if I delete the house#/street then the Province field goes blank and at times also the POSTAL CODE.

     

    Person moved during the year and was in a different province at end of 2024.

     

    Anyone have this issue and if so, how did you fix?

    Unable to update ADDRESS fields - transfer 2024 into 2025

    If you are using Forms, then the province of residence needs to be changed in the personal info dialog (PINFO). As for changing the address - have you tried using EasyStep?
