    upgraded to premier tax package from standard for 2018 but now i can't get into my 2018 account

    upgraded to premier tax package from standard for 2018 but i can't get into my 2018 account. System wants me to buy again.

    If you are using TurboTax CD/Download, then there is no account to login to. You download and install the software, and then prepare your returns in the program (not on the web).
