Firstly I had an issue with my RRSP. Its been over a week and have not gotten a single response from both the community and the employees of this company. I have gotten an single email and it had nothing to do with the question in hand. In the end I filed my tax return with the issue unresolved.
Second. The final step of submitting my tax return I have the option to submit either by paper or by netfile. I did not select any option and the program selected netfile without me asking, and because of this, I did not get a confirmation number for my spouse's tax return. So I don't know if my spouse's tax return is actually complete. I tried to refile to confirm and turbotax ask for a $100 fee. I opted not to refile. I need my spouse's confirmation number, and don't know who to contact to get them.
Due to Turbotax's incompetence I need to physically visit CRA, which is straining due to my current condition and demand compensation.
In 2023 I bought the software from Costco and had another issue the software I bough which forced me to stay on the phone for many hours which was still unresolved in the end on top of buying the website version which cost me extra. The representative assured that I was going to get a refund for website version which I never got.
I've been using turbotax for over 10 years and for the past two years I've been having nothing but issues which takes hours to make an attempt to fix, force me to stay on the phone to fix their mistake which costs me extra capital, and now I need to physically visit CRA.
I think these issues should be rectified and me compensated for my wasted time.

If you tried to ReFILE and made changes to your return that impact the edition you originally NETFILE with, or added extra services (like Assist & Review), the software will ask you for the extra charge. But, same as your RRSP issue, we will need more details to assist you properly, like the order number of the original return.
If you think you were reassessed due to miscalculation in the software, we can help you submit a claim to the Accuracy Guarantee policy.
