We are in Saskatchewan. The Climate action incentive will not add to our return even though it says we are eligible. Is this a glitch?

The Climate Action Credit automatically gives you the credit when you enter your Province at the beginning of your return. Once you get to the "Provincial" section it will advise if you qualify and if yes your refund will stay the same and if you do not qualify it would go down.
