We can try a few troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue.
Reset your modem. It can sometimes be beneficial. Try connecting your computer temporarily to your phone's mobile hotspot.
Windows frequently prevents tax software from "talking" to the internet unless it has full permissions.
Close TurboTaxentirely.
Right-click the TurboTax 2025 icon on the desktop.
Select "Run as an administrator."
Try it again to Netfile.
Disable the firewall or VPN for the time being and enable it afterwards.
