What happens if I refile with a new claim instead of the refile button?

I needed to change my claim, but instead of using the refile button, I filed it as a new claim.

You can only NETFILE your return once, and if you try to NETFILE a return a second time, it will be rejected, as any changes need to be made using ReFile.
