What kind of help can I expect from the one on one?
If you prepare your return using TurboTax Live Assist and Review, you can expect not only a full review of your return before you file but, also the ability to speak to a tax expert while preparing your return if you have specific questions. SmartLook technology also allows one-way video with the expert (You can see them but they can't see you).
