The 1099 B form reporting the disposition of Stocks/Mutual Funds/Bonds/Etc, is reported as Capital Gains.

Go to: Income tab > Investments > Capital Gains & Capital Gains Deduction Profile. Select the first box saying "Sold Stocks, Bonds, etc", and continue to the Capital Gains screen. You must convert your amounts to CAD.
