Where to input 'prescribed prizes'?

My wife won an award which, according to the issuer, is exempt from taxes. It is considered a 'Prescribed Prize'. Yet I cannot find where the TurboTax form gives the option to put this in. There is the category, "Other scholarships, grands, awards, etc" but this is taxed.

You don't report the prescribed prizes according to CRA's income tax folio.
