You may want to verify the amounts entered from your T slips and also make sure that you did not accidentally enter that you paid tax by instalments.
When using TurboTax Standard, click on the heading titled Setting Up and click on profile.
Click on revisit next to the tab that says, "Other credits & deductions"
Scroll down the page and you will be able to change or remove the amount that you have entered for instalments.
