Hello,
I recently updated Windows from 1909 to 21H2, but TurboTax 2020 thinks that it is a new installation and requires me to activate the software again, which I find quite odd as a Windows update should not be considered a new installation. I am hoping you would be able to reset the activation counter for my activation code (by allowing 1 more; not 3), as I would like to review my previous year's saved files.
