Your licence code is a sequence of 16 alphanumeric characters grouped into four segments. Before you begin any troubleshooting steps, first check to make sure you've entered the correct licence code.
Example: A2XC-BEGH-U2D2-JRPL
If after you've entered your licence code you receive the message The licence code you entered is not valid. Error code: 607, you may have entered an incorrect licence code.
Most licence code issues can be resolved by carefully double-checking and reentering the code. If that doesn't solve your problem, please go to the TurboTax Contact Us page to call our TurboTax Telephone Support team for further assistance as they can view your screen. Be sure to save your licence code in the event that you need to contact Intuit Canada for technical support.
