Won't save state income data

I'm using TT Deluxe download for Windows 2023.

I am inputting Form W-2 state income earned and state tax withheld for Illinois (just like in previous years).  Turbotax wipes it out and tells me I left these fields blank.  I have input it twice and saved it each time and still, it deletes it and then asks me to check my Form W-2 for any state info.   When will this glitch be fixed?
