wont let me correct the error

i have the following error the form is filled out in full and the error will not go away.  

If you are claiming employment expenses you must complete form TP-64.3, General Employment Conditions, to make the return eligible for NetFile Québec.

Please double check that the TP-64.3 is fully completed and nothing is missing.
