How to get activation code on failed order without waiting for hours on customer service ?

I am really disappointed with Intuit service. I bought Turbotax online, it charged my credit card but at checkout returned system failure with this message:

Due to a technical problem we are unable to provide you with the downloadable key for your product. Please call customer service at 1 888 829-1722 to resolve this issue. 

How do I get my activation code? Waiting time is more than one hour!!! They offered 20% discount on standard edition with spouse for $31.98 but I found costco offers same online version with 8 returns for $29.99
