You will need to use your most recent social Insurance number. This may prevent Netfile and require the tax return to be paper filed depending on CRA records of your new SIN.
You can report casual employment earnings under the "Income" tab > "Other income sources" > "Income not reported on a T-slip.
Rent payments maybe claimable under the "Provincial" tab depending on your province of residence. Not all provinces provide for housing credits.
