TurboTax isn't calculating the northern residency amount

I live in zone B and I qualify for the northern residency amount as I lived in the prescribed zone. I have entered the required information as well as the other person that was residing at the same address. No travel was made for medical etc so no information is entered on that scree. TurboTax won't calculate the number of days for the residency amount but will let me enter a number for the additional residency amount, which is incorrect as there was another person living in the same house. It says the number of days calculated for residency amount is 0 but that is not right and there is no way of changing it.

Your dates would have to read 01/01/2017 to 31/12/2017 in order for TurboTax to calculate your credit for the 2017 income tax return.
