Should it say 2017 on the turbo tax Home & Business I just purchased from Staples ? Why does it say Intuit on it? I live in Ontario? Do I have the correct product?

Intuit is the name of the company that provides TurboTax.  If you just purchased it from Staples, it would be the 2017 version that you have.
