Continuous CRA error

I have been trying for days to file my tax return. I am overseas and 15 hours ahead so can never get through during business hours in Canada. I called the CRA today & made sure my account was not locked out & confirmed my bank account details to netfile. AGAIN I'm getting the error that CRA will not let me file my return. I can't even find an email address for turbotax so I can contact them considering the time difference. Can someone please help me out? It should not be this difficult!

If you are a non-resident or you have an address outside of Canada, you can't use NETFILE. You must print and mail your return.
