How to file spousel when it won't let me?

Filed primary weeks ago, won't let me file spousel without code or repayment.

It is spousal preparation. You must pay for two returns.

I did pay for it, I just didn't send it at the same time as the other one. It won't let me send it now unless I pay for it again.
