    I am filing a tax return as a non-resident of canada. My husband does not have a SIN number. Turbotax won't let me move on to the next page without it.

    I am filing a tax return as a non-resident of canada. My husband does not have a SIN number. Turbotax won't let me move on to the next page without it.

    If your spouse does not have a social insurance number, enter 000 000 000 in that field and you will be able to proceed.
