when i login, it says that i have a balance owing however i have proof from my bank that it was paid...any help?
TurboTax can’t tell whether you have paid your taxes or not. Even if you pay your taxes online as you file your return, that goes through the CRA and their payment system - we don’t see that payment. So if you had a balance owing on your return, it will always show as owing in TurboTax.
