Sorry , But the autofill still not working. Tried last week as well and did not work. Tried different browsers and cleaned cache many times today. Frustrating. Is it a problem from turbotax or the CRA ?
@CC19701 Can you please provide more information about your problem? Are you not able to see the Auto-Fill option on the Tax Home page or in the search? Or is it that Auto-Fill is there, but it's not working somehow? What is the exact error message that you are getting?
It's not working for me either. TTax said that info had been downloaded successfully but when I checked, absolutely no data had been populated into the return. Has anyone experienced this and solved it, and if so, how?
@Buddylove Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online?
I’m using the download version of Premier. the one that costs $90.
@Buddylove In TurboTax desktop, in the easy step, they have to select it from the side menu; in Forms mode, you have to select File > Import. File > Import is greyed out in Easy Step.
Please make sure the software is up-to-date. You can uninstall and reinstall it from this link.
We have this problem as well with macOS10.13.6
If you're using TurboTax Online then it should be an item on your return's Tax Home page. Or you can search for it.

It is still not working. I am using online version.
Only gives an option where it says lets import. Then when I click "Continue". Nothing happends. It brings me to next step.
