When my spouse and I have our names jointly on T3, T5 and T5008 forms, which of us should file, or do we submit on both returns for the same form?

If you are preparing your returns together, only enter your T3, T5, & T5008 info into one spouse/partner's return. There is a box where you can enter the percentage of how much to enter on the spouse's tax return.
