Both of those items are automatically generated. The TOSI one does contain a No to the question. Unfortunately, CRA requires all those pages be included in your return. Yes - It's a lot of paper and ink for a No I agree.

i think i answered no to the split income question but i cant find it to confirm. also on my pdf the question if printed in large font over top of the answer (yes/no) so i dont even know what it says. how do i confirm, since it looks like it has filled out the tosi form since income information is filled in some fields.

The easiest way to tell is to reopen your return and use the Find button to search/select Tax on Split Income. But, if you had accidentally answered Yes, you would have had to answer numerous questions about the income in order to finish your return. If you didn't answer multiple TOSI questions, you answered No 🙂
