Yes. You can claim tutoring services that are additional to the primary education of someone with a learning disability or an impairment in mental functions. The amount must be paid to a person in the business of providing these services, who can’t be related to the person receiving the tutoring. A medical practitioner must certify in writing that these services are needed.
FYI: Only the person with the disability can claim expenses for disability supports.
