I had a total knee replacement in 2017. Would this qualify for the disability tax credit?
It is the Canada Revenue Agency that determines whether or not you will qualify for the disability tax credit. You will need your medical practitioner to fill out the T2201 and mail it to the Canada Revenue Agency for their decision.
