I have a remove a tax credit but is not being removed from summary ( First time home buyer )

This one is quite hard to find.  You will need to click on the deductions tab and work your way through each page until you get to the home buyer's credit.  You will have to delete any amounts found there.  Then go back and click on the profile tab and uncheck the question about first time home buyer.
