I'm going through last years return, and when I've gone into the medical expenses, they are now missing. Has anyone had this happen before?

The submitted copy shows that I claimed expenses, but they are no longer within the turbotax program. HELP!

If you are in Forms mode looking at the MED worksheet, please scroll down the page. The top list only includes medical expense receipts, but other medical expenses like prescription drug plans, and medical expenses from T4 & T4A slips are listed below.
