Hello, I completed the tax return form and have a $503.66 refund but I don't qualify to use NETFILE probably since I am a non-resident. How can I file electronically?

If you are a Non-Resident there is no way to qualify for electronic filing of your tax return. You will have to mail your tax return to the CRA.
