Last year when I filed mytaxes, I had a carryover amt. I had $4000 in charitable donations. How do I access this amt ?

If you had carry forward amounts of donations-  you can enter them by going to the top right hand side of your return and click on Find, type in Donations and GO.

You will enter the amount in the red box as above. Then click on continue. 

 If you are claiming a carry forward, keep a record of the portion of the eligible amount you are claiming this year, and the amount you are carrying forward.
