How to claim different medical expenses Quebec versus Canada

Some expenses such as physiotherapy treatment are allowed in Québec but not in Canada. When i complet the médical form, it feeds the same amont in both my tax returns.

Physiotherapy expenses are eligible to be claimed on both the Federal and Provincial returns.

Here's the link from CRA for all of the eligible medical practitioners and the provinces which are allowed to claim each. If there's a checkmark by the QC column, you can claim it on your Federal return.
