Turbotax was working fine until it updated. Now it complains about TT403 corrupt file. I have re-entered my tax information 3 times and each time it fails to re-open due to TT403.
This is CLEARLY a Turbotax software problem, not everyone's machine!!
Please try uninstalling & reinstalling the program using the download from our website instead of the CD. It will not delete any of you saved returns. The version of the software on the CD sometimes doesn't install correctly, leading to problems later on.
