Yes as seen in the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) link, it is claimable: Laser eye surgery – the amount paid to a medical practitioner or a public or licensed private hospital. As per the options, you may need to contact the CRA directly at 1-800-959-8281 or see the link above.

Cataract surgery is not Laser surgery.  It is required medical surgery, which is basically covered in Saskatchewan, except for any 'additional' features, such as seeing with a wider range (ie. a bit better closer and possibly further as well).   Is the additional expense eligible?

As the additional features are  not listed under the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) Details of medical expenses you may wish to contact the CRA to verify if they are eligible by calling 1-800-959-8281.
