How do I remove the disability tax credit?

When using the TurboTax Premier version, click on the heading titled Deductions and scroll down to Disability amount.  Follow the steps and you will be able to remove the disability tax credit claim from your income tax return.

This does not appear to work. I can go through the steps, but the program keeps inserting a disability tax amount transfer from a dependant.
