I'm on medical leave due to PTSD, Anxiety, Insomnia, and depression. Should answer 'yes' to the "Did you have any mantel or physical impairment?" question?
You are only able to answer Yes to the question, Did you have any mental or physical impairment?" if you have an approved disability tax credit certificate on file with the Canada Revenue Agency. If you don't have one, you cannot claim it on your income tax return.
