I’m unable to find any sort of drop-down menu on turbo tax website

I keep filling in line 23 with the information 12 months, but this information is being ignored or rejected.

I have completed my return, as non-resident, and was prompted and accepted to enroll for the Assist and Review option. Now the system will not allow me to file. Help!

The system now prompts me to restart a new return, after I have spent a day collecting and filling information. Please help me submit using my current return data.
